Dr. Ertl was very kind. He explained the procedure in words that our entire family could understand. We appreciated the fact that Dr. Ertl did not lean either way on this procedure. He gave us all the details to help us make the right decision. We are glad that we took this chance for this this initial visit. I would highly recommend him to any other patient in our situation.

Dr. Ertil is one of the best doctor I have seen in your facilities. He goes beyond in helping me in my recovery after a very bad car accident please recognize such a wonderful Doctor that you have. It is really unusual to have a doctor help you to walk through your pain and put a smile on your face with all your suffering. Such a great doctor really makes a huge difference in our life and in our painful recovery. please CEO recognize such a wonderful Doctor.

I have been to a number of orthopedic offices and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. All the people here had the best attitude I have witnessed.

Dr. Ertl, though enormously busy, is always courteous, attentive and runs his office efficiently. I wish all of my health care professionals ran their offices only half as well.

I waited almost two hours to see Dr ertl and he was in there for maybe 10 minutes. I did address physical concerns that were not answered. He also made a comment to the PA that he was training that he had to explain everything in "their language" which kind of offended me. I am a educated women that works in a hospital setting and I don't think that comment was necessary I found it demeaning. Dr Ertl was not very happy from the beginning that he had to do my surgery after our car wreck, a surgery that I really needed. My appointments were always cancelled and rescheduled. Every follow up appointment I've had with him I wait a very long time and spend minimal time with him. He does not act like he is very interested in what you had to say. I felt more like a nusiance to him. That's not how you want to feel as a patient.

As staff kept coming in to join meeting (which was good) I had to stop the discussion , introduced myself & my husband to find out who had come in & why they were there .
