Patient Comments

Dr. Ekambaram was very thorough with her questions regarding my symptoms etc. She took my past and present medical history into account when diagnosing me. She did not jump to conclusions or quickly just prescribe a medication and send me on my way. She was sure to suggest options remedy the immediate problem while making a treatment plan to get to the bottom of the problems I have been having so I can be diagnosed and treated.

Very pleased with her care and attentiveness to my son's health.

It's always GOODNESS when you have hope. You guys give hope.

The provider is highly knowledgeable. She rushes the visit sometimes and rushes us out the door. Overall okay. The nurse who does the vitals is not friendly and very abrupt with my son. He is 90% non verbal and responds slowly. She is not patient, rough when putting my on the blood pressure cuff. She stated OU Physicians do not have very many special needs patients. She needs training on how to be more sympathetic and empathic.

The appointment felt rushed and as though she'd made up her mind about what she would say before I ever got there. She didn't really listen, told me what to do, and had me out of there very quickly. No discussion.

We were not too excited about her in the beginning but we really do like her quite a bit, now.

She was very professional and knowledgeable. It would be nice if you could email her for questions about the treatment she gave your child, when you could not find the correct dose she gave you in a hangout or any other questions.

OU Physicians Patient Jul 17, 2019

Good visit. Felt rushed near the end of the visit. Perhaps to receive the next patient. This transition should be less obvious.

OU Physicians Patient Jul 17, 2019

She reviewed recent test results with us.

OU Physicians Patient Jul 10, 2019

This doctor really shows she cares about my child's treatment for the betterment of his life.

OU Physicians Patient Jun 17, 2019

I appreciate all the help that I have received with my child.

OU Physicians Patient May 15, 2019

I felt she was in a hurry. She didn't care to gain the trust of my child stating "if you dont behave then you will have to stay here without your mommy."

OU Physicians Patient May 15, 2019

Even though we were late the doctor chose the see us to get us established and additional testing ordered. I really appreciated that considering I was expecting to have to reschedule completely.
