Nurse and Dr Gross are so personable and woman who checked us in and out. Great job!

OU Physicians Patient Nov 21, 2019

Dr. Gross is a great surgeon. She explained everything to us. Once we mentioned her name we got great reviews about her. She has our daughters health as a priority and very concerned about her healing process

OU Physicians Patient Aug 29, 2019

Dr Gross is the best doctor I have seen in my lifetime. She is not only a doctor I trusted with her life but her approach to the parents and the children is the best. OU is lucky to have Dr Gross.

OU Physicians Patient Aug 22, 2019

This isn't necessarily the doctor's fault but I was slightly annoyed that the office had made my appt for my daughter's surgery then called me back a day later stating that the doctor wouldn't be there the day that her surgery was scheduled. They did however get it promptly re-scheduled.

OU Physicians Patient Aug 19, 2019

Love children's hospital.

OU Physicians Patient Aug 15, 2019

Dr Gross is delightful, it was our first appointment with her and I liked her very much, she had kindness in her eyes! I very much liked her, she was willing to talk about all things pertaining to my son and made me feel confident that all was well. I will recommend her to others

OU Physicians Patient Aug 8, 2019

All of the staff I came in contact with did a phenomenal job.

OU Physicians Patient Jul 29, 2019

Dr. Gross is a rude provider. My husband and I felt as if my son was not important. Not once during the visit did she touch my son's shunt to make sure everything looked well. We drove over 2 hrs to get to the city for only a 5 min appointment. Literally 5 mins!!! My son has many provider's for many different things but her name I will never forget due to her rudeness and just not taking the time to care for her patients. I would not recommend anyone to have her as a provider. Due to this experience, I'm going to have my son Pcp referred me to another neurosurgon. I found one provider that has great reviews and that I would feel comfortable to have my son in their hands, compare to Dr. Gross. So for my overall experience it was disappointing and terrible!!!!!!!

We love Dr. Gross. She caught what other doctors had missed on my son in the past. Everyone in her office is just as great too.

OU Physicians Patient Jul 8, 2019

She's very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she explains thinks and answers questions.

OU Physicians Patient May 16, 2019

We love Dr. Gross. She's great at what she does, she's friendly and you never have to wait long to see her. The last 3 times we've been, we've only had to wait about 5 minutes in the lobby and another 5 minutes in the room.

OU Physicians Patient May 9, 2019

Dr. Gross is wonderful. Hire her some help please.

OU Physicians Patient May 2, 2019

She took the time to answer my questions and was polite and informative.

OU Physicians Patient Apr 11, 2019

She gave me old information regarding my daughter's condition which means she is not seeking continuing education from leading experts regarding an uncommon condition. She is not alone, there are many neurosurgeons whom think because they have treated a condition several times they don't need to keep up with new information

OU Physicians Patient Apr 4, 2019

Dr. Gross is amazing. She's friendly, welcomes questions and takes time to make sure all concerns are addressed.

OU Physicians Patient Mar 28, 2019

She was very professional and friendly and explained everything well.

OU Physicians Patient Feb 21, 2019

Dr. Gross and staff always treats us with dignity and respect. She is an excellent doctor.

good

OU Physicians Patient Dec 10, 2018

This Dr. did not look at my child as a single person. she would repeat herself about "I have another patient with the exact same thing" NOT EVERY PATIENT IS THE SAME! She played off my child's Arachnoid cyst to be a normal thing when having something pressing on your brain obviously is not normal. she needs more schooling of bed side manners and not making parents feel stupid for getting their child checked for something in their brain. Will not be seeing her again.

OU Physicians Patient Sep 24, 2018

i understand she may not had all the records bt she could had went over little more stuff with us from what was going on with my son the dr didnt have much to say and yes i was very upset cause if the dr didnt have everything i should got a call say hey we need this and can we move your appt until we get everything that was a 3 hour drive there and 3 hr drive back home

OU Physicians Patient Aug 27, 2018

She has zero bedside manner but great at what she does. That's what matters.

OU Physicians Patient Jul 5, 2018

Excellent experience

OU Physicians Patient Jul 5, 2018

physician was in and out of the room in 5 min. stated to PA that maybe my son had mild CP but never talked to me about it when I was sitting right there. I'm very concerned about my son and felt like the physician didn't care. It was very obvious that she hadn't looked over his records because she didn't even know why he had his MRI initially. Will not be back to this office and will not recommend this doctor to anyone.

OU Physicians Patient Jun 25, 2018

We felt much more at ease after talking with Dr. Gross.

OU Physicians Patient Jun 21, 2018

none of my family or friends will be seeing her

OU Physicians Patient Oct 30, 2017

we love Dr Gross and her staff!!! thank you for giving our daughter the best care! we are so blessed to have you guys!

OU Physicians Patient Mar 16, 2017

It seemed like she had not looked at my daughters records before the appointment.

OU Physicians Patient Jan 26, 2017

I will definitely recommend Dr. Gross to any parent with a child who needs the kind of pediatric surgery that she specializes in. She is excellent and is able to provide information to the parent in a way that left me assured that I chose the best surgeon for my child. She was caring in at the f/u apptmt.

OU Physicians Patient Oct 10, 2016

She doesn't have a great bedside manner but I trust her knowledge and skills. That's what matters.

OU Physicians Patient Sep 19, 2016

The doctor was very nice but needs to understand that just because she see this every day and its no big deal to her that we don't and its a very big deal to us. The families are scared and need someone to at least act like there concerned about there child there putting in your trust. Timber's PCP here at home was very good about explaining what was going on (The good and the bad parts of it). She has showed concern for my son above and beyond her title that is a good doctor. I feel like I did not receive that here. It was explained like a tick was being removed, like no big freaking deal.

OU Physicians Patient Apr 25, 2016

good experience ....

OU Physicians Patient Apr 18, 2016

We really didn't get into instructions because it was our first visit and we wanted to take a day to let brain surgery set in. She did tell us the basics and if we had been thinking better we could have asked more questions. but she did tell us we could call and ask whatever we thought of. We really liked Dr. Gross. So many physicians are rushed and talk in language the normal person doesn't understand but she was great.

OU Physicians Patient Oct 26, 2015

very efficient office.

OU Physicians Patient Jun 25, 2015
