About Charles Pasque

Charles B. Pasque, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with OU Health Physicians, specializing in sports medicine. His expertise includes arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder, hip, ankle and elbow.

Dr. Pasque earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, OK. He completed a general surgery internship at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, MO before completing a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He continued his specialized education and training with a fellowship in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at the Cincinnati Sports Medicine Center in Cincinnati, OH.

Dr. Pasque served on active duty in the US Navy in Portsmouth, VA before returning to the OU College of Medicine as full time faculty. In his academic role, Dr. Pasque is an advocate for training the next generation of orthopedic surgeons as the program director of the orthopedic surgery residency program.

Dr. Pasque serves as a team physician for the University of Oklahoma Athletic Department. He is also a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve with over 25 years of service.
